Huffman CODEC for MPEG 4 standard

Hi,i just want some precise information from anyone who can help me out. Infact my question is whether the Huffman encoding used in the MPEG-4 standard and JPEG 2000 standard is the same, Do they really follow the same rules?? Please help me out....thanx
