Excluding outlying data

I have a large array of data, but there are some points that are outliers that I would like to get rid of. The cftool gui has a way to graphically exclude data, but I don't see any option to export that to the workspace. I would like to use this gui find the indices of the data I want to ignore.

If you have the Statistics Toolbox, the function trimmean() might help.
