Select particular 3D volumes of a 4D matrix

Hi,

I have a 4D matrix with dimensions [384, 308, 26, 31]. The 4D matrix is an image [x,y,z,t]. I would like to keep the x,y and z dimension like it is but I would like to keep the data on t-dimension between 1-11 and 14-29.

I wrote the following but it excludes only the last two instead of 4 datasets.

matrix_4D = matrix_4D(:,:,:,1:11:14:29);

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
