Excel Solver Function Equivalent in Matlab

Well, so I am attempting to transfer my work in a CGE model from Excel into MATLAB. Not much of a programmer, and I am rather new to this, so I have a little bit of trouble picturing it via optimization, based on the way it works. It has no unknowns to solve. I used Excel Solver to do this previously, but Excel gets cluttered rather quickly (especially on a 20' screen).

For my CGE model to function, it has to be capable of optimizing the values of prices of goods and services, capital and labor, as well as quantities of said goods and services. Those values are also the constraints to the problem.

Minimization takes place on the sum of the difference between supply and demand of capital, labor, the difference between industries revenue and cost, and the difference between government revenue and cost.

The problem for me is that the constraint should also change in value as the function minimizes that sum, and I also need those values after the optimization to perform the rest of my calculations. If there is a function remotely close to performing this, I would be glad to know about it.
