How to do sectorial imaging a.k.a S-Scan?

Hi guys,

I would like to ask about how to perform ultrasonic S-Scan imaging in matlab. The procedure would be as follows:

1. The scanning is done at angle -45 to 45 degrees
2. Signal acquisition is taken for every 5 degrees
3. Each acquisition produces a time-domain signal
4. Post-processing is done for every acquisition
5. I want to be able to align each signal and stitch them together at their corresponding angles to form the sectorial S-scan image.
