Problems about Automatic PID tuner

 Automatic PID tuner is a very useful tool for PID tuning. I want to make use of this tool in the optimzation. However, I cannot find the function of PID tuner to write in M file. could you provide me some examples how to make use of PID tuner in M file instead of GUI. Thank you very much!
