convert image into binary data array using simulink ?

Dear Sir, Please urgently try to help me for a gentle asking regarding to my project using simulink I'd like to ask about 1- How to convert the color image to Balck/White image??!! 2- How to resiz the whole converted Balck/White image to 20*20 Pixel element?!! 3- How to convert the resulted Resized Balck/White image to array of bits?!! Then transfer each row of array with delay 60 ms as shown

4- How can I send only one byte from the resulted bits in the last step to one bin in Arduino (Mega2560) as shown in attached photo below
