How do I read all text files from a folder?

Hi, I want to read all text files from the following folder. How to write MATLAB code to do it? Please help me. D:\Objectness_Model_2007_trainval\BBoxesB2W8MAXBGR_2007_trainval

See the FAQ and there's been a "veritable plethora" of similar with much discussion on "CSV" file-reading last two weeks that is essentially same question...

I STRONGLY recommend the dir solution for almost all cases...
