How do you convert a tsv or txt file to a GFF file on matlab, with data you've downloading from NCBI or Ensembl ?

I have a gene data downloaded from NCBI and ensembl, and its a tsv and txt file. Now i need a matlab code to help me convert those files in GFF. Now what steps do i go by in order for this to happen? Thanks and hope someone could help me asap

There is a demo function ( ensemblmart2gff ) in the toolbox/bioinfo/biodemos directory that may help you to get you started.
