How can I call the adaptnlms and initlms function?

I tried to use adaptnlms and initlms functions. but I cant call the function and it is said to not found. I find that the function is in filter design toolbox. using the ver command I verified that the toolbox is not included. How can I call the adaptnlms and initlms function? thanks.
