hello, what means the value of the first parameter of induction motor parameters in simulink (Pn(VA) if i operate with perunit system?

hello, iam confused about the value of the first parameter of induction motor Pn (vA),i dont know it is represent active power or apparent power, so if i have a data of Sbase=1000 kv, i enter that or it should be active power like 500 hp. thanks for all
