Little problem with anfis

Can you help me please? I have just a little problem with anfis. My problem is that i don't know how i get the predicted data from anfis. I know i must give inputs but which inputs? My data representing size of snow every day,12 years. It is just 1 column. So my the training data looks like: 4 columns (editing original data by methods e.g. moving averages) and 1, last column original data. So 1 row representing these values in the same time e.g. in 1 same day. So my question is, if i have data in time from 1990 to 2012 how i get the predicted data e.g. in 2013? Can you help me please? I looked everywhere. Thanks
