shape reconstruction using nntool GUI

I am using nntool GUI. I have successfully trained my network for a set of input data matrix, say , for any rectanglur image. Now, if want to change the size of rectangle, then will the same network be useful and reconstruct the corresponding size of rectangle or not ..? If not, what i need to do..?
