The way signals are generated here http://www.mathworks.es/es/help/matlab/ref/fft.html is what you are looking for.The only parameter to change is the frequency. In your case your frequencies are 0.05 and 0.15 Hz.

Fs = 1000;                    % Sampling frequency
T = 1/Fs;                     % Sample time
L = 1000;                     % Length of signal
t = (0:L-1)*T;                % Time vector
% Sum of a 0.05 Hz sinusoid and a 0.15 Hz sinusoid
x = sin(2*pi*0.05*t) + sin(2*pi*0.15*t);
plot(t,x);
