Normalisation of data points

Hi,

I have a set of data points that has a drift, that is the power is decreasing with time (the line) although the line are suppose to be stable (horizontal).

Is there a way to make the ground level of my data horizontal at these parts without compromising the other parts of my data? In a way normalising the data?

I suggest the detrend function. It will remove a linear baseline drift.
