what is the code to intetafce usrp with pc

I am the new user of MATLAB. I don't know how to build the code for usrp to pc interface.
So would you please send basic codes for it.

You can download Communications Support Package for USRP Radio. This support pacakge enables to use your USRP radio with MATLAB and Simulink.
