Need help for creating a matlab ui interact with my R&S Fsh-k8 spectrum analyzer for taking measuremets( I dont know how to start this... )

Hello everyone.

I ve got some serious problems understanding what im goin to do.

First of all I want to connect my matlab gui with my spectrum analyzer(visa protocol,ethernet cable) Put some variables in sa(for taking GSM measurements) and get the trace of him plus save it in excel file(capture pic)

I ve got some code but i dont understand the hole logical of the project...
