code for genetic algorithm conversion of binary to continuous values

Hi , Please can anyone help with the correct code as I got the error below when the syntax was imputed into matlab

par=gadecode(pop,0,10,nbits); % convert binary to continuous values

??? Undefined function or method 'gadecode' for input arguments of type 'double'.
