Why do I get " Attempted to access simout1.time(:,1); index out of bounds because size(simou​t1.time)=[​0,0].

When I am running an induction machine under fault condition and also in normal condition. I am encountering this error. Can anyone please help me how to solve this error? I have attached the unbalanced squirrel cage model and balanced wound rotor model.
