hi, i want to know is it possible to detect and track an object using matlab even its background changes from frame to frame. if it possible i want to know the implementation steps ex:detecting and tracking a moving car whose background changes from frame to frame ?

I'm not sure the Computer Vision System Toolbox can handle changing background but you can check.
