how to make and interface GUI and 3D model of AIRCRAFT in MATLAB SIMULINK

i am a student and doing a research on robust model reference based fault tolerant control for safety critical plants. I have my linear model and simulink model but i am new for GUI and 3D. I have to make a complete 3d animation for my proposed research and GUI in which i can input the errors to the model and show its stability.
