Moving Sensor plot with time(audio file)

I have in a .mat file some rows and ccolumns with data. When I load it, I get an ema. It contains the positions of sensors with respect to time. Now, as I play the audio file, I want the axes to show how the sensors move at that instant.

the sensors are in the mouth, it should show how speech organs move with respect to time when the audio plays.

If I plot(ema), it plots the loci of the entire system of organs once the audio has elapsed.

How would I plot the instaneous position of the audio?
