Is there some implementation of the `Artificial Fish Swarm` for image segmentation in MATLAB?

Never heard of that one. There's nothing built-in for that. There are one or two in the File Exchange. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32022-swarmfish-the-artificial-fish-swarm-algorithm

If you don't like that, then you'll have to build it yourself.
