Generate random invertible polynomial

Is there anyway to generate random invertible polynomials (to be used as starting points for ARMA estimation)?
I could generate proper roots randomly with an arbitrary law for roots and multiplicities, but maybe some known distribution over polynomial exists, answers this, and is implemented in Matlab ?
