numerical simulation of heat pipe

Sir, I am Rakesh Hari, a Research Scholar at NIT Calicut. I am working in Heat transfer area and I am very much interested in knowing how to model a flat heat pipe using matlab. Though an attempt was made by me to model the same, due to lack of knowledge, am not able to do with the 2D modelling of flat heat pipe. i will be very grateful to you if you could render me some help in the area and could help me with matlab code of heat pipe
