JPG to STL file conversion

Any idea how to conver an jpg image into an stl file? I can easily read in the jpg image but I'm not sure how to convert the file to a jpg from this. Thanks for your help! :D

jpg is not a vectorized format so there might be some problems. Best is to use the original CAD.
