Matlab functions to c-code.

Hello

I would like to convert my m-file to c-code. I am familiar with the matlab coder toolbox. However, the coder toolbox does not generate/convert matlab functions (e.g. fft/fftshift etc.) to c-code that can be executed on a Microcontroller. Is there a workaround for this or is it not possible to obtain source code (c-code) for matlab functions?

fft and fftshift are supported for code generation.
