Lock status of USRP radio to 10 MHz clock signal

Syntax

status = referenceLockedStatus(radio)

Description

status = referenceLockedStatus(radio) returns the lock status of the specified USRP™ radio radio to the 10 MHz clock reference clock of the GPS disciplined oscillator (GPSDO) or a 10 MHz external clock source.

Examples

Get USRP Lock Status

Create an SDRu receiver System object. Set the clock source to be the 10 MHz clock signal from a GPSDO.

rx = comm.SDRuReceiver( ...
    Platform="N320/N321", ...
    IPAddress="192.168.20.2", ...
    ClockSource="GPSDO");

Get the lock status of the USRP radio to the 10 MHz clock signal.

status = referenceLockedStatus(rx)

status = uint32

Input Arguments

radio — USRP radio

comm.SDRuTransmitter System object | comm.SDRuReceiver System object

USRP radio, specified as a comm.SDRuTransmitter or comm.SDRuReceiver System object™. The radio must be connected to the host computer.

When you use the referenceLockedStatus function, you must first set the ClockSource property of this System object to 'GPSDO' or 'External'.

Output Arguments

status — Lock status of USRP radio to 10 MHz clock signal

0 | 1

Lock status of the USRP radio to the 10 MHz clock signal, returned as 0 or 1.
