Description

partsTable = partrepo.collection.listDataSetsForBlock(blockName) lists the available parts for the specified block.

Examples

List Parts for DC Motor Block

This example shows how to display the available parts for the DC Motor (Simscape Electrical) block, which belongs to the Simscape Electrical part collection.

Suppose you have a model titled MyElectricalModel that contains a DC Motor block. To see the available parts, enter:

Simscape block for which to list the available parts, specified as a string scalar, character vector, or block handle.

Output Arguments

partsTable — Parts available to apply to block

table

Parts available to apply to the block, returned as a table. If this input argument is a block that belongs to the Simscape Electrical, Simscape Battery, Simscape Fluids, or Simscape Driveline part collections, the output table includes the available metadata for the part.
