Certifications and Representations

Please refer to our Certifications and Representations found at the Official U.S. Government System for Award Management (SAM):

1. Visit the SAM website.
2. Sign in. (If you do not have an account, you will be required to create one to access SAM.)
3. On the “Home” tab, enter “MathWorks, Inc.” in the search box on the page and click the “Search” button or hit return on your keyboard.
4. From the results page, click on the “MathWorks Inc., The” name in blue associated with the location for which you are searching.
5. You are now on the Entity Registration Detail page. Using the left navigation, select “Reps & Certs.”
6. Here you can select “Download FAR Report” or “Download FAR & DFARS Report” from the Download Reports dropdown box or click on the corresponding FAR/DFAR number in blue to see more detail.
