I have ref iamge and segmented image , how to compare paricular segment of segmented iamge to reference image. I have studied lot of index and segmentation accuracy but get bounded in extraction of pixel values of particular segment from image.

I have done image segmentation using fuzzy clustering. How to calculate Jaccard Index or Dice coefficient or True positive.
