How can i generate complex number Hadamard, like hadamard(4) gives colmns which are mutualy perpandicular?. there should be zero mutualy inner product of colmn.
the dimension of complex hadamard may not be same as in real case hadamard.

I am thinking that it can be generated by using staging 0 and 1 in prefix to {0, 1} and repeat it till the desired answer.
