Get the RGB values for the default MATLAB colors

Get the RGB values for the default MATLAB colors.
Input: mlc(x), where x is a 1xn or nx1 vector of integers from 1 to 9.
Output: an nx3 matrix where each row is an RGB value with the specified default MATLAB color.
