Automatic service to convert DICOM image series into a Matlab file format that can be loaded and managed more conveniently than a multi-file DICOM series. Includes a GUI for configuring and launching the server from within a Matlab application and a user manual. The application can be built and then run as a standalone conversion service outside of Matlab, which is easily paired (shared directory) with a DICOM receiver node to automatically convert data as it is received.
