Add a zoom-in pan on a figure

This function get:
1. A handle of Axes to magnify
2. An area to magnify by a 4-element vector that defines the lower-left and upper-right corners of a rectangle
3. The position of the magnifying pan in the figure, defined by the normalized units of the figure
and plot the area specified in #2 within a pan specified in #3.
