uitoolbarScrollResize adds a uitoolbar for magnifying,the contents (Children) of a figure fig.

uitoolbarScrollResize adds a uitoolbar with uipushtool buttons for magnifying, reducing, scrolling the contents (Children) of a figure fig.
When you create a figure with a lot of axes (subplots) in a real print size, the plots can be too small to be seen in a display. Unlike usual graphic software such as Illustrator, MATLAB does not provide a way to zoom up or down the entire figure (Zoom magnifies only axes). uitoolbarScrollResize adds a toolbar at the top of the figure fig and allows you to zoom up and down and scroll the entire figure, except Font size. This is a useful utility function for your visual inspection of small and complicated plots.
