A new metaheuristic optimization algorithm, called Earthworm Optimization Algorithm (EWA), is fully implemented. This code demonstrates how EWA works for unconstrained optimization (Ackley Function), which can easily be extended to solve various global optimization problems efficiently.
Two versions are provided:
EWA_Generation_V1.m is for a fixed number of iterations/generations.
EWA_FEs_V1.m is for a fixed number of Function Evaluations (FEs).
