Solve laplace using numeric values

Laplace for a set of numeric Values

This function allows the user to input the function as numerical values, instead of the function itself, to be solved for laplace using the original/built in laplace.m .
The file was created to support a friend with his assignment/task and thought someone else might come cross it.
