Built-in functions (i.e imhist(Image) etc.) not used. Simple code. Easy to understand the concept of histograms and stat properties. Probabilistic method used for calculating mean, standard deviation etc...
Use uigetfile() instead of imgetfile in the code if you get an error there... :P
