This function loads a .iqt file from the Tektronix RSA3408A Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer into MATLAB.

This function loads a .iqt file from a Tektronix RSA3408A Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer into MATLAB. It performs amplitude and phase correction. If the filename is not specified or is empty, the user is prompted for the filename. A subset of the file can be loaded by specifying the first and last sample numbers. This function does not require any other programs or toolboxes. This function has only been tested on the RSA3408A, but it should work for any RSA as long as it has the same file format as the RSA3408A.
