equalspline

Equally spaced points along a polyline. Can use spline, linear, and other interpolation methods.

This function carries out the following tasks:

1) Allows the user to define a series of waypoints from which to create a polyline.

2) Creates a polyline based on a given interpolation method and resolution.

3) Generates a series of evenly spaced x y coordinate pairs along the polyline.
