PREPOSTGUIS

A set of GUI to pre/post process time series, visualize 3D functions and much more...

The PREPOSTGUIS is a set of three GUI's conceived as a pre/post-processing tool to support various tasks carried out with TwoLe, a Two Level Decision Support System for planning and management of water reservoir networks developed at the "Dipartimento di Elettronica e Informazione" of the "Politecnico di Milano".

The PREPOSTGUIS toolset is made up of three modules, namely TSA, Visual_3D and R_h:

- TSA is both an analysis and didactic tool to work with time series. In DEMO mode, it introduces you to many types of 2-3D plots while producing in the mini command window the commands necessary to generate them. You can load your data, plot them, analyse the missing values structure and fill them up.
- Visual_3D lets you plot 3D functions and sections of them, animation of consecutive sections and a movie of the evolutionary sections shape behaviour.
- R_h is a support tool to extend Storage Discharge Functions, visualize the minimum and maximum mandatory release functions of a lake/reservoir, derive the consequent Release Function (you can smooth artificial curves by hand-interpolation through mouse clicks) and evaluates it on a user defined grid.

You can interactively plot or save any graph created through popup or context menus.
