As part of my journey in electrical engineering and control systems, I built this application to bridge the gap between theoretical mathematical models and real-world physical behavior.
🎯 Key Features & Technical Implementation:
  • Real-Time Physics-Based Simulation: Modeled the electromechanical equations of a DC Motor (Back-EMF, Torque constants, Armature resistance, and Inductance).
  • Dynamic Parameter Tuning: Implemented accurate calculation tuning where users can see realistic behaviors, like reaching specific rated targets (e.g., 1750 RPM and Stall Current limits) based on custom constants.
  • Open-Loop vs. Closed-Loop (PID): Includes a fully adjustable PID Controller (Kp, Ki, Kd with filtered derivative N) to test steady-state error correction, rise time, and overshoot under varying load torques.
  • Dual-Axis Live Plotting: High-resolution dynamic charting tracking both Speed (rad/s) and Current (Amperes) simultaneously.
