This program solves Economic dispatch based on Harris Hawk optimization

Harris Hawk optimization is based on preying techniques of special breed of hawks called Harris Hawk.Seven Kill strategey is used.Harris hawk optimization can be tuned by varying Beta and using different kind of functions instead levy functions.There is no use of varying parameters like r1.r2,r3,r4,r5 its watse of time.
