This GUI enables the user to load electricity market data from a database and view it as a collection of 3D ribbon plots. Slider bars allow the user to "peel away" layers of the 3D view, or move planes through the data to visualise 2D slices.

This demo has been used in many Australian MATLAB seminars and meetings.
