Yaz, you don't respect others players if you create EXACTLY the same problems.
I suggest that new players solve the Cody Challenge (Cody Challenge Master Badge) before be able to create new problems. That seems reasonable

Exactly my point. I have no problem solving a really basic problem. But its really frustrating to solve same thing again and again
While I understand that experimenting with creating problems is half the fun of Cody this is a somewhat extreme example of a repetitive problem that seems unnecessary, so yes, I agree with Jean-Marie here that perhaps some form of user-based curation like that in Answers or minimum user-requirements for creating problems might help
(not to mention that this particular testsuite does not even test for anything at all)

Yaz, the use of the function diff in the assertion is incorrect. diff(X) calculates differences between adjacent elements of X and not between two vectors.
