Interpolation and gps data

Hello,

I have speed data ( car ) collected with a virtual gps. The problem is that the time frequency of the collected data is not regular. How could i use matlab to interpolate the collected data and have calculta data based on the regular frequency ?

Collected data 01sec : 12 km/h 09sec : 24 km/h 13sec : 36 km/h 35sec : 10 km/h 56 sec : 50 km/h

I would like to have 5 sec : x km/h 10sec : z km/h 15 sec : 20 sec : 25 30 35 40 ...
