MATLAB executable code generator error

How do I resolve the following error? I am setting the color stacked horizontal bar graph using this.

Basically, I have to set the color of bar graph. And since it is a stacked graph I am defining it as a column vector. And MATLAB coder allows only row vector call arrays. If I use row array to resolve this, then simulation gives an error to plot the graph.

You can't generate code for graphics since this is java...

Thanks for the help. I created executable for SIMULINK model. How do I include it in GUI .m file? I can generate GUI executable from MATLAB coder right?

Yes, you would use MATLAB Compiler to do this rather than MATLAB Coder.

No, you cannot use MATLAB Coder to generate a standalone from a MATLAB GUI. You can however use MATLAB Compiler to achieve that. See How can I create a deployable standalone executable from a MATLAB application that calls a Simulink model? for more information.
