Improve performances using anfis

Hi, I want to use anfis algorithm to be able to determine displacements from force signals in input. I have one input of 10000 samples (force) used during training, toghether with 10000 samples of displacement. The other half of data is used in the test phase. I want to improve performances, by reducing error during training. I have used anfisedit to set manually the parameters. Any idea?
