Can Stateflow use Microsoft Excel data for simulation input?

I want to input data that I have in excel into Stateflow and use this data to run simulations in Stateflow. The data in excel is a large amount of values used for the different variables in my Stateflow chart.

Import the data into MATLAB using import wizard or xlsread. You can then use it as input(s) for your Simulink/Stateflow model with the Signal Builder or From Workspace blocks. Have a look at Data Import and Export in the MATLAB documentation.
